Maybe you do not have the sufficient priviledges? It works quite fine for me. Perhaps get a staff member to look into it.

I agree. You have to remember every client your resellers get means your loosing out on one more client because the hosting business is so competitive.

With that said are you willing to throw away potential clients?

How many people are on your team? Please exclude server managers. When you said cell phone I get the impression its a one man band. Personally I feel your site lacks a professional feel and more servers could be available, what offers do clients get if any? What is your network hard disk replacement time? All though your prices are good I just feal those points above are important but saying that I don't think theplanet's new site is overgood either.

Although I own my own organisation I was just curious at what your provided so went to take a look to find it wasn't there sad.gif just too slow on loading it, are you having problems? because thats never a good sign if a potentil client comes along.

Why?

Because you are managing it so are responsible for its growth if its a public provider. You re also responsible for the content of wht is held their and can easily remove that content without going through additional channels.
